Learning Krav Maga as a Women

Well, from looking at me you probably wouldn’t think I would be your typical Krav Maga student – and I am not! The majority of Krav Maga students are male, but that has not put me off as I feel even though I am not as strong as them I can defend myself against them. Also, in real life situations it is more likely that I would be attacked by a man, so training with men prepares me for this. Women should not be intimidated by attending a Krav Maga class as it is easy to learn and it could potentially save their lives.

Testing And Grading- Useful Advice

During the month of June we set a new personal record for grading events for Graduate and Expert levels. Around 80 people were tested, about 20% of them will need to take extra periods for repetitions and then get re-tested on part or the whole material (all depends on the results). Simply put – they failed to reach the needed level (the demand is a high score of 80%).

Krav Maga demo in Andover

On The 13th of June we have celebrated our first anniversary, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the No Fear Academy students for the great support along the last 12 months. Yesterday we had a brilliant day at the Jamie G sports fair in Andover; during the day we had a good feedback from our continuous techniques displays, which took place during all day on our stand.
